About The Park
The Park Early Education Centre is a spacious, purpose-built centre located in Hamilton East. Our well-resourced learning environment includes a large grassed outdoor area that backs directly onto Galloway Park, providing opportunities for exploration, nature based learning and active play.
About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Teacher who is committed to delivering high quality, intentional teaching and learning experiences.
This position is based in our older toddler’s room, a transition room for older toddlers and younger pre-school tamariki. You’ll be joining an experienced team so we’re looking for someone who is confident in their practice and able to quickly become an effective member of the team.
You’ll play an important role in supporting tamariki as they build confidence, independence and a love of learning during this exciting stage of development.
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with 8-hour shifts between 7.30am and 5.30pm.

What you will bring
- Bachelor of Education (ECE) level 7 (or equivalent)
- Practising registration by the teaching Council of Aotearoa New Zealand
- Current First Aid Certificate
