SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR – WAIKATO KINDERGARTEN ASSOCIATION


We are looking for a Superstar Administrator to join one of our dedicated kindergarten team. As a valued member of our organisation, you will play a key role in ensuring the kindergarten is well-organised, enabling the delivery of high-quality care to our tamariki.

Location:

Miropiko Kindergarten 309 River Rd, Hamilton

 

Hours:

Part time: 15 hours per week (Tuesday to Friday)

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective and efficient administration support to meet operational requirements of the kindergarten.
  • Manage and maintain the Discover Childcare Management programme (database) efficiently.
  • Create and maintain a professional and welcoming environment within the Centre.
  • Support teaching staff to focus on delivering quality early childhood education.

 

Key Attributes:

  • Excellent organisational abilities to manage tasks effectively.
  • Experience with computer packages, including Database software and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Professional and confidential approach to work.
  • Positive, progressive attitude towards work and challenges.

Training will be provided to the successful applicant.

Duties are to commence as soon as possible once a police clearance has been received and all safety checks conducted for the successful applicant.
