About the roles
Due to
internal movement, we are currently seeking passionate and enthusiastic
Teachers to join us in our
Toddler and Kindergarten rooms for the following positions:
- Assistant Manager/Lead Teacher
- Lead Teacher
As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of your room while leading and supporting your team to provide high quality education and care to our tamariki. You will also contribute to centre initiatives and activities, ensuring a nurturing and engaging learning environment.
In the Assistant Manager/Lead Teacher role, you will also assist the Centre Manager in maintaining high standards across the Centre, providing operational and leadership support to ensure the Centre operates effectively. To support your success in this dual role, dedicated release time, mentoring and professional development will be provided.
Both positions are full time roles, working Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day, between the hours of 7:30am and 5:30pm, on a shift roster.
