Qualified Toddler Teacher - Claudelands Early Education Centre

We are looking for a toddler teacher to join us at Claudelands Early Education Centre, with the ages of the tamariki being appropriately two years old. This is a full-time position, 8 hours per day, between the hours of 7.30am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, on a shift roster.

Claudelands is a boutique early education centre, located in a charming heritage building just minutes away from the central city. Our environment is warm, welcoming and homely with a large well-resourced playground for children to explore and play. Our philosophy emphasises intentional teaching, a rich curriculum and respectful teaching practices, that nurture each child’s learning journey.

Working closely with whaanau, the ability to build and foster respectful relationships would be beneficial.

Applicants must have:

• A Bachelor of Teaching (ECE) Level 7 or higher
• A current First Aid certificate
• Certification with the Teaching Council of Aotearoa New Zealand.
