Kay Road Early Education Centre - Teachers
We're looking for an exceptional teachers to join our vibrant early childhood team in our 2-3 and 3-4 year old rooms. These roles are for kaiako who can balance professionalism with playfulness, structure with creativity, and fun with purpose.

You will:
Create engaging and meaningful learning experiences for children and foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and supported.
Support children's growing independence, social skills, and emotional wellbeing and partner with families and whaanau to celebrate children's successes and support their learning journey.
Contribute ideas, energy, and creativity to our teaching team and model professional practice whilst maintaining high standards of care and education.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor of Education (ECE) level 7 (or equivalent), Practising registration and a current First Aid Certificate
- Passion for quality early childhood education
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent conflict resolution and interpersonal abilities
- A proactive mindset and willingness to contribute beyond the basics
- A genuine love for helping young children learn, grow, and thrive
