HR Reliever Coordinator - Part Time
We’re looking for a proactive, organised and enthusiastic HR Reliever Coordinator to join our friendly and supportive team on a part time basis (30 hours per week).

About the role
As our HR Reliever Coordinator, you’ll play
an important role in delivering exceptional HR support across the organisation.
You’ll manage the employee lifecycle for our casual relievers and provide
administrative support across our HR functions, helping to ensure our people have
a positive experience.
This is a varied role that has the
potential to offer exposure to many aspects of Human Resources, providing an
opportunity to influence and develop the role as you grow.
What you will be doing:
- Manage the employee lifecycle for our casual relievers including recruitment, onboarding, utilisation and offboarding
- Undertake recruitment activities, employment documentation and induction processes
- Sorting and solving problems that matter
- Maintain appropriate reliever staffing across our services
- Monitor HR data and reporting ensuring information is accurate
- Identify opportunities to improve HR Systems, processes and ways of working
- Support people related processes across the organisation
About you
We’re looking for someone who is excellent at building relationships, has great organisational skills and thrives in a busy environment.
You’ll bring:
- Experience in multifaceted administration, HR support, people operations or a similar support role
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills, with a customer-focused approach
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Proven track record of managing confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Confidence in using systems and maintaining accurate data
- A proactive, solution-focussed approach and willingness to take the initiative
- The ability to work both collaboratively and independently
- A genuine desire to learn, grow and contribute new ideas
- An understanding of the education sector casual workforce would be a distinct advantage
