Administrator - Support

Support – Administrator:

We are on the lookout for two Superstar Administrators who are highly organised, customer focused, able to meet deadlines with attention to detail, to join our dedicated team and provide crucial administration support.

As a valued member of our organisation, you will play a key role in ensuring our centres are well-organised, enabling the delivery of high-quality care to our tamariki.

Locations:

1. Te Rapa Early Education Centre, 76 Vickery Street, Hamilton
2. Rototuna Early Education Centre, 25 Strathmore Drive, Hamilton

Hours:

Part- time (Monday to Friday) 20 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide effective and efficient administration support to meet operational requirements of the Centre.
• Manage and maintain the Discover Childcare Management programme (database) efficiently.
• Create and maintain a professional and welcoming environment within the Centre.
• Support teaching staff to focus on delivering quality early childhood education.

Key Attributes:

• Experience with computer packages, including Database software and Microsoft Office.
• Proven experience in an administration role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional and confidential approach to work.
• Excellent organisational abilities to manage tasks effectively.
• Positive, progressive attitude towards work and challenges.

Full training will be provided to the successful applicant.

Duties are to commence as soon as possible once a police clearance has been received and all safety checks conducted for the successful  applicant.
